with a real estate professional?

It is for you that Homefinders Real Estate created the Easy Out Pledge.

Most agents in our market place will lock you into a six month or one year contract for selling their home. When you think about it, why should a contract be needed anyway. If you don't really want to sell, you can simply turn down all of the offers that are presented to you.

I am a trusting person, and I want to work with trusting homeowners. I know that I have to earn that trust and I will start by showing you that I trust you.

This agreement verifies that you may terminate my services as the agent listing for your home, at anytime after the first 30 Days of the listing have passed, before going into escrow with an accepted purchase contract. Period. It's very simple.

Some agents feel that if they offer an Easy Out Pledge, that homeowners will make "deals" behind their back with the buyer and cut them out of the commission. These are not trusting people. That is not a fear that I have. I am confident that I can show you that I can earn my keep by doing everything in my power to realize your goals in the sale of your home and do it with no hassles.

I want you to be in control. I look forward to providing you with a level of service that is so exceptional that I can offer this type of agreement.

Even this Easy Out Pledge, itself, is a contract that you can tear up whenever you want to, no questions asked, no answers needed. Simply let us know at the office and I will take you out of the Multiple Listing Service at that moment.
