About Us

When I moved to Massachusetts in 1983 I was told that New Englanders were slow to change. Well, change in residential real estate have came swiftly in the last few years and this is just the beginning. Those real estate professionals that adjust to these changes will succeed. That's why in 1996 I started my own business as a residential exclusive buyer agent. As an exclusive buyer agent I only work for the buyer, never the seller. I do not list properties for sale.......

Well, this is how I described myself ten years ago but change in the real estate industry kept coming and by July of 2005 big changes occurred and it was time to go with the flow.  A watered down version of Buyer Agency is now common place among the big national and regional companies.  The public still after 9 years does not get agency.  Because we keep in touch with people with our VIP Program we now have many requests to help them sell the property we helped them buy in the first place.  To stay as your trusted real estate advisor for life we now help our past clients.

What we have learned about the public is that the public is really looking for an experienced agent who will look after them throughout their transaction and to treat them honestly and fairly.
